These terms apply to all orders placed through settleco.co.uk (“Settle”), operated by Jason Boyd, a sole trader based in Scotland.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or shown on prices. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery & Returns page for current dispatch and delivery times, and our returns and cancellation rights.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays with our suppliers or couriers. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence within the UK.
