This policy explains what personal data Settle collects when you use this website or place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and, where needed, phone number, in order to fulfil and deliver it. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence to help resolve your query.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, including passing your name and delivery address to the relevant supplier so they can dispatch the item directly to you, to provide customer service, and to meet our legal obligations, for example around consumer rights and tax records. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you’ve separately opted in to hear from us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. To do this, contact us via the details on our Contact page. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
